Meet your Doula

Hi! I’m Emily, a mother to 3 very wild boys and a lover of all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum and nutrition. I have experienced different variations of birth from induction to traumatic hospital birth and to a magical home birth of my dreams. I know what it’s like to be unheard, unsupported and lost in a journey that should be so special. It is my mission to make sure every mother is heard, supported and thriving in their journey to motherhood. They say it takes a village to raise a child, I believe it takes a village to support a mother. The foundation of a thriving mother comes from being supported, I’m here to be your village, to listen, to hold and support you. I will work with you through your fears and worries and navigate this path together. Birth is a right of passage for women so lets make every birth count.
