A supported postpartum begins in pregnancy. In this package we work together to build a solid foundation for a thriving postpartum. Wether this be your first or fifth pregnancy your postpartum will shape your life. What to expect in this package:

• x1 Postpartum education and planning session

• Mothers care basket

• x8 hours worth of postpartum visits (includes mums and bubs support, general household duties, entertaining older children if required).

• x4 large batch nourishing meals separated into single servings.

• One-handed homemade snacks brought to each visit

• Sitz bath salt

• Foot spa

• Breastfeeding support

• On-going support
